The power of the tongue

The bible tells us that “The tongue can bring death or life; those who love to talk will reap the consequences.” The tongue wields a power and our words will either bring life and hope or death and destruction into a situation. Words can be a seed of blessing or curse that last for generations. Words spoken or unspoken can have a devastating impact on a person's life.

The Act of reconciliation

The world is in a mess?
Some people will agree with the above statement whilst others might contest it and state that the world is in a much better state than it previously was. What we see or hear when we read history will determine how we perceive the above statement. So many groups who previously face oppression will look at the world and see a better world than from previous generations.

The Revelation of God

What is God really like?
Can God be known?
Has God got a personality disorder?
These are all valid questions people have asked of the divine being in their pursuit to make sense of the incomprehensible nature of God.
